Heribert is a magician at the stove. His special kale, along with fried potatoes and beef fillet, is a hit. Fresh, delicious - every bite is worth the money. Our last visit to Heribert on July 18, 2020 is once again unforgettable. We had planned to dine with him purely vegetarian. As always, his menu suggestion was spot on. If the fried potatoes had not been swirled in butter, the food would have been vegan. The finest vegetables, high-quality oils and a fine selection of herbs - simply fantastic. You don't need meat for that. Thank you Heribert for the food and the good conversation.
Very good food, also vegan
Outstanding! Five people ate there and we all opted for the "vegan plate". We were offered a meal that seeks in and around Iserlohn in terms of taste and quality of its same. At the beginning we were served fresh baguette with vegan pesto and two different homemade salads. Of this, we were even offered another look from the house. We were great and you are not used to it. Finally, the main course came and instead of a simple vegetable plate, which could be suspected in the court name, we were several different delicious dishes served in large bowls and we could take at will. It included roast potatoes, marvelous kale, sweet potato rösti, Brussels sprouts, various oven vegetables, fresh mushrooms and other dishes. Everything was fresh from the market and from the region and it was also delicious. Again a big compliment for the food and the very nice and competent chef, great!

I'm excited. The quality of the meat a 10/10, the side dishes fresh and vegan. The owner (& cook) cooks on request and to his own taste: very authentic. The mum served over 90 years - really great. An absolute "insider tip" for gourmets (young and old). Tip: book ahead to get the food tuned.

The food there was just great! Everything tasted very tasty and fresh and on request we were even told what exactly was in it. The cook came to us personally and introduced himself. The selection of drinks was also satisfactory. Cocktails were even served! The small but fine kitchen can only be recommended. :)
Heribert is an original - friendly, warm, great cook. He prepares everything fresh, but we never waited long for our food - no matter how many people we were. The service is great, great selection of drinks - a cocktail or drink can also be created on request - great. The food was always fantastic whether meat, veggie or vegan! An absolute insider tip, especially for vegans! Give it a try. And if you feel like it, you can even bow a little bow!
The slightly different gastronomy. Good taste, great meat from the butcher and the beverage service good, but 2 hours to wait for the food exceeds my will. The dishes were presented by the freelance cook. The bottle drinks were unfortunately "1 year" expired :-(
